Just giving everyone an update

I am currently in my crosscountry season for school so im not really lifting.  my best time this season is 21:46 minutes for the 5k(around 3 to 3.5 miles i think).  i have been having a few setbacks like my hip flexer was bothering me and right now im sick so thats not good.  But im confident that i will break the 20 minutes this season.  also my grades have been ok a few slips but i have been getting help from my teachers which if you are having problems with grades you should ALWAYS talk to your teachers and see if you can get some help ether after school or during a studyhall.  believe me teachers are willing to help as long as you actually try.  Anyway i am hoping to get the p90x for christmass which im going to use to help me train for preseason next year and to get me in good shape for the beach =] haha.  well also thankyou guys so much for all the support.  it really does motivate me alot which is one reason why im trying to get my hands on the p90x because sometimes i feel inferior when i go to the gym because i have muscle yes but still not as much where i feel confident with myself.  but thankyou all for keeping me going.  you all rock =]

my progress and workout

I have been really trying to get into the habbit of working out every other day.  for a while it kept falling through thanks to allergies i almost choked on a lugy while lifting.  But my allergies are clearing and i have finally got into the habbit of every other day workout.  my workout starts with me and my sister running atleast 2 miles to help me get ready for crosscountry.  then when we are done i go down to lift weights in my basement and i do a full workout.  the bench is a bit small and a have limited weights but i work around it.  when im done i pose in the mirror and drink muscle milk.  i have to say im really starting to get into it and im noticing my muscles are getting a little bit bigger which is really good.  i hope i can continue this workout and get awsome results so im not just the short little jew anymore.
