I have just changed gyms and am getting better at working the equiptment.
My old gym had a little cardio room one runner one stepper 2 nordic walkers (home edition ones) and 2 walking lanes ( both were broken for weeks and still are i believe) also the had 2 sit down bikes and 8 normal bikes older then 20 years old i believe they did’nt even have a computer on them.
not only that but the woman who owned the gym was hostile.
The cardio room was like a sweat box in the summer and freezing cold in the winter.
you could feel the heat coming out of here appartment (that’s the only place where their was heating)
I decided to quit that gym as their was no cardio everything was broken and the only thing you could do to keep fit was riding a bike doing tae bo ass exercises with the owner doing aerobics only once a week.
since i have changed gym i have lost more weight then i have done in 6 months it is amazing i am now saving money and getting fit.
