does any body know a good lower leg exercises

    Squats for front thighs, leg curls for ham strings, calves donkey heel raises ( have someone sit on your back over your hips), seated heel raises, sprints and single heel raises with dumb bell let me know if it works for you calves are hard to build you have to feel the deep burn and pump.
