i want to know if any of you know a good ab exercise

granted I don’t actually do abs on a continuous basis, the best luck I have had with abs is a continuous 15 minute routine. It doesn’t matter how many exercises you do as long as you hit your upper, lower abs and obliques. It would go something like this:
-Regular crunch 25-50
-straight leg lifts 15-30
-laying side crunch rt side (oblique) 15-25
-laying side crunch lft side (oblique) 15-25
-bicycle crunch 15-30
-legs straight up in the air, thrust your hips upward 20-30
-finish it all up with sit-ups.
Just be sure to continuously move for the 15 minutes. Trust me, you will feel the burn! Good luck!
