Workout Tracker

The workout tracker is a nifty little tool, but it’s a pain in the ass to update it constantly.  I’m pretty busy in Iraq, so for me to go in every time I work out and update it is like a chore.  I should enjoy doing it, and since I don’t; I’m not doing it anymore. 

On a better note, I started German Volume Training today.  I’ve never experienced a workout like it.  I’m rather happy after my first night of doing it.  I plan on running it for about 6 to 8 weeks, then we’ll see what happens.

    I agree with you about the workout tracker. There should be a way to make it more user friendly. If it takes longer to type your workout in then to write it down on paper, then there’s something not right.

    Yeah, I tried to use the Workout Tracker for a bit but I have too many reps/sets, so setting each one was too much of a pain. With just a little tweaking and a few more options (copying/cloning) it could be fixed.
