Standing @ work - All Day?

Me too!  How do you find the motivation to get to the gym before or after work knowing that your going to be standing on your feet all day or that you just came from standing up all day!!??  I find it so hard to motivate myself to get to the gym before work, I have bad knees and I’m always worried my legs are going to be too sore to carry me through the rest of work.  Usually when I get off work I still have to push and push to get to the gym to fight the urge to just sit down and rest my achy legs, something I’ve only been able to do once or twice during the day during break.  Any advice?>

I work anywher from 10 to 14 hours a day, 6 or 7 days a week. My job is very physically demanding. Since I workout at night, I’m pretty tired. My body is beat. I’ve noticed though if I think about the workout program that I’m going to do that night it helps me get motivated. I try to picture myself going through each set and rep. I do my best to keep my thoughts positive. I try not to worry about how tired I am or if my body is sore. Thinking like that is like looking at the clock over and over again. Makes it worse. Good luck
