Snacks…-n-…Snacking…
My diet has so far been pretty decent I’m still unemployed so I have been sticking to cheap items like rolled oats, beans, tofu, eggs, and frozen veggies. I’m living at home with the parents and my dad, younger sister, and younger brother constantly have chips, cookie, soda, etc around the house. My younger bro and sis don’t have to worry about gaining weight and my dad is at the age where he doesn’t care. I find myself the past couple days, rocking all of my hard work either part way through the day or at night. A few cookies, some soda, bean burrito run to taco bell since they’re $1 and I always regret eating it the next morning. I don’t know if I just don’t know how to find the right foods to snack on or if I’m eating the junk out of boredom and frustration cuz I’m mostly stuck in the house with nothing to do once I’m done with my exercise portion of the day. Any advice……
