Cycle/Spin classes are…..
….the DEVIL or devil’s work Idk (J/K) lol but I love what it does for my legs and of course the cardio high. The thing I don’t like about the class is my butt and gurly parts hurt SOOO badly from the seat, a few people in class said you just have to get used to it so hopefully that is true cuz as much harder as it is to ride out of the seat, it is so much more comfortable then grinding away on that hard a** seat. Class again on friday hopefully the soreness is gone by then. :-/

soreness is your friend…not so much in the girly parts, but you know…it’s a good thing. You go girl!

It gets better. Your private area gets used to it. I try to spin 3 times a week. If you like it you should go to your local bike shop and get some shoes. They’ll know what you need if you tell them it’s for spinning class. The shoes give you a whole other angle on your legs. I luvvvvvvv spinning class.
