					<description>Not a tip on running/jogging: if you gain muscle easily, you should. The more muscle you carry, the more calories you burn. I've seen BB types (roomie) eat junk with no visible effect. That because at 185 and well under 10% bodyfat, the man could burn off the rare candy bar or slice of lasagna without having to put in much extra work. Me, I've been lucky enough to hold 150# and slack on the diet (but not the workout) for a couple of weeks before it started to show.</description>
