Upgrading to Jogging/Running

Hey everybody I’m trying to upgrade to jogging and running to burn more fat, I build muscle easily but my cardio is slacking so I am losing fat at a snail’s pace.  Currently I bike on the stationary bike, walk outdoor or on the treadmill especially on an incline and light jogging, tiny bit of HIIT.  How do I go about doing like 20-30 minutes of jogging/running good enough to burn some fat and start melting off some pounds.  I hate cardio so any tips are very much appreciated.  Thanks!

Not a tip on running/jogging: if you gain muscle easily, you should. The more muscle you carry, the more calories you burn. I’ve seen BB types (roomie) eat junk with no visible effect. That because at 185 and well under 10% bodyfat, the man could burn off the rare candy bar or slice of lasagna without having to put in much extra work. Me, I’ve been lucky enough to hold 150# and slack on the diet (but not the workout) for a couple of weeks before it started to show.
