Grrr What’s the point in blogging
So I posted up a sample menu I want to say 2 days ago and pleaded for advice and got none. What’s the point of even posting stuff in my blog if no one reads it, if it was gonna be for just me to read and think about then I would have never posted it. I’ve gotten one person lately who’s been giving me advice but it seems like if I don’t hunt people down and send individual messages then I just get ignored. I guess no matter whether your trying to loose weight on your own or apart of a community you’ll always feel like your by yourself in this. What a way to start my morning

Its hard because so many people blog and you can only see a handful of recently posted ones. If you have some people you regularly get advice from you can also try commenting to them and asking if they’ll take a look at your post.

trixter makes a good point. The fact is, you have the right idea. Now what you need is to make some connections to create your own community or network.
The fact that you are eating small frequent meals is good. This will keep your metabolism going. Some main staples in my diet include oatmeal or cream of wheat. I don’t eat too much cold cereal. Most of it is packed with sugar (even the granola ones). Lots of eggs, sometimes without the yolks, organic yogurt, almonds, celery, soynut butter, lean meats, veggies, lots of water, soy milk, protein shake/bar and i stay active. If you have the opportunity, check out my page. You can do this!!
