Plz comment on my diet!!!

So I’m trying to tweak my diet to eat clean, be healthy, and avoid bloat.  Here is everything I put in my mouth today short of a couple antibiotics and cough drops.  I’d very much appreciate your comments, I’m trying to get better at eating clean cuz I know the biggest part of losing weight is diet.  Thanks to anyone who lends their advice :-)
6-8 x 8 oz glasses of diet arizona green tea

- Meal 1 -

* 1 packet weight control maple & brown sugar oatmeal mixed w/ hot water

* 2 morningstar sausage links

* 24 green seedless grapes

- Meal 2 -

* 2 mini whole wheat bagels

* 2Tbs low fat cottage cheese

- Meal 3 -

* 2 cups veggie lovers salad (should have cut this in 1/2 *mild bloat-yuck*)

* 2-3 Tbs chopped cucumbers/mushrooms

* 24 green seedless grapes

* 1 Tbs honey mustard dressing (trying to switch completely to italian or better yet vinaigrette [sp?])

* 1 Tbs italian dressing

* 1 slice whole wheat bread

* 2 Tbs mock tuna salad

- Meal 4 -

* 1 cup special k cereal

* 1/2 cup fat free lactaid milk

* 1/2 cup mixed veggies

* 1/2 cup brown rice

    Instead of the sausage maybe try some lean turkey bacon or some lactose free protein powder (going off the lactaid). The weight control oatmeal is good, but its still extra sugars. Try some regular oats with some berries and/or banana instead of the grapes.

    For dressing, Kroger/Kings/City Market has a great lite Raspberry Walnut. I usually mix that with some spinach, bean sprouts, 3-5oz packet of tuna, a little shredded cheese in my case, and of course you can do the other greens, too. I usually only put 2tbsp in it and use a plastic container so I can shake it all up to coat everything lightly.

    Also for fluid intake, you’re getting a lot of artificial sweetener with that much Arizona. Usually I do straight water, or get 1 packet of "Fitness" flavoring (usually a citrus) and put in in a 2 litre bottle along with 1-2 tbsp of Vitamin C powder. If you can ween yourself off the constant sweet taste it’ll be much easier to translate that into a blander diet as well.

    Hope that helps a little…

    I don’t know if this works for everyone but I tried the blood group thingy. I am type "O" so I feast on vege & fruits plus lots of protein…lean meat…not the processed stuff & slashed my carbo intake. And I sequence my intake by consuming fibre (fruits & vege) first before moving on to protein….by the time I get to carbos I usually skip cos by then I’ll be stuffed. It took me two whole years to perfect this …

    How is this diet working out for you? Do you feel hungry at all during the day? Sinceyou eat several small meals, does that help with your hunger?

    Hey there! Wanted to drop a quick line, been busy lately. Something I hadn’t touched on earlier, is your sleep/rest doing well? Are you feeling at all on edge irritable? If so, how long has it been going on? How long have you been drinking so much green tea? I think you see what I’m asking, is caffeine messing with you/giving you a short fuse? It does that to me and I have to be careful when taking it.
    Will look forward to hearing from you here or at my "private" e-mail.

    Best to you!
