Meal 1
1 cup special K cereal
1/2 cup fat free lactaid milk
2 tsp cottage cheese
2 morningstar sausage patties
2 mini whole wheat bagels
Meal 2
2 packets low sugar oatmeal
Meal 3
handful of mixed nuts (trying to avoid eating tasty yummy cookies right in front of me and that all my other co-workers were eating)
10 low sodium ritz crackers
handful of mixed salad greens
1 morningstar chicken patty
1 Tbs ranch
1Tbs relish
1 tsp honey mustard
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
salt and pepper
Meal 4
2 chocolate chip rice cakes
1 package whole wheat and cheese crackers (still hungry and trying to avoid sugary goodies laying around the work place so I got these from the vending machine instead)
Meal 5
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 cup broccoli cuts
1/2 cup chickpeas
1 morningstar burger
1 Tbs honey mustard dressing
3 Tbs italian (way too much salad dressing, I have to remember less is more)
Meal 6
10 low sodium ritz crackers
10 thin slices reduced fat cheddar/american cheese (block cheese)
98% fat free butter popcorn
popcorn sprinkle
(Big snack not to far off from going to bed but still hungry, seems I was much hungrier today than I normally am but had a very busy day at work lots of running around. IDK!?)
