September 21, 2009starting a new workout program after work today,, going to try and hit 180 pounds by january,, not sure if thats possible. any advice would be greatly appriciated,, not sure if i should do 3 total body workouts a week plus 2 days cardio and abs or 5 body part workout ???/ not sure witch way would help me reach my goal. im going to try and eat around 3200-3500 cals a day,,,not to sure if thats enough or to much,,
