I must admit, I’m pretty proud of myself. Today I completed my entire work out routine, including doing 30 minutes of cardio pre/post work out and stretching before AND after my work out! I also resisted eating pizza and chocolate goodies and a women’s event I went to following my workout. Instead I ate a cliff bar while everyone else indulged in the food that I will avoid form here on out. THEEEEEN, after I got back home and had a quick bite to eat (because I was staaaarving!), I went to Central Park for a jog!!! Uh, it feels soooo good! And I rush back here to tell all of you about it! Because I’m soooo happy!
Originally, I was suppose to go jogging this morning, but I had trouble waking up and by the time I did, I had to hit the gym and my meeting. Now in the past I would have said "Yea, I’ll just make up for it tonight and go when I get back"…and never actually would have gone. But today is indeed a new day my friend! Just picturing the body that I am going to have makes me not even crave the things I would have previously, and my will power is so enormous that it only strengthens my desire to omit anything that may circumvent or prolong my success….
….Now, I have to move from eating 4 times a day to 6 =) Til then….
