Man I just set up my room where i can exercise and to me its lookin aight because now i got space to do what I gotta do and thats a bet because I can do more different type of exercises and also I am eating more now(hear that 7evens) so hopefully by august i will had visual improvements aight ya

hey ya, finally I got my second workout plan down and I think its the best and now that I know what my major problem was now I try again and I bet ya will see a difference this time I really put my all into creating this workout for me so i will be postin picks like maybe a month from now so see ya

Man for some reason I am not feeling the same urge nor felling any results while I am exercising and I don’t know what to do…can any1 help with this situation?

I have been training on the same routine for almost three weeks and I plan on doing it for at least another two weeks but I am going to start making my new routine this week so when it is time to change I wont just be looking for it on the last minute So If ya got any exercises that require dumbbells than I am all ears aight ya.

Today I woke up and started stretching the sleep off and i felt something on my chest, I pulled up my shirt and saw nothing but two nipples. So at the moment i am confused and I am like wth is goin on? So I started to stretch again and felt it again this time it felt like it was under my skin, and behold under that little layer of fat was my pecs growing. It was gettin hard and everything(no Homo) I was like dang, I got excited like ish man. Even though I dont see any progress, I feel the progress in my body I was just like yess….aight

Ok gotta question ya when you exercise and you finish does your arms and stuff feel heavy…because thats how i feel right now…and I barely can type, how long does it take for stuff like this to heal

Well I was talkin to my mother about getting fit and even go far enough to become a Bodybuilder. Well she started to tell me a story of when i was a baby(infant) i was fit…now we know we never seen a fit baby before but she said I was cut up around my groin and quads and hamstrings were stiff…and now i wonder is it fate for me to do this… starting workout and all but anyways yeah ttyl
