For almost two months now I haven’t had a "decent" workout, man I am feeling so lethargic now that I haven’t. But now its time to kick back on my drive and get back into it no distractions, and no obstructions now its on!

Hey ya sorry for not keeping up with my progress pics or anything but so much has changed since may physically and mentally. Well for the first Imma senior…..yess….and that means college application being sent out!! but yeah also got a half day for school so i can work and make dat money, also about to become a photographer(commercial photographer) so thats more money coming in. OK now to the physical things I decided to take up boxing….yeah knock some teeth out and get blood on my gloves and everything but yeah its made a big impact on how i look but the only thing is that my lower abs arent developing like I thought they would but I guess that means I gotta put extra attention toward it then but yeah like I said change, change is good

Is there difference beteween building strength and building your muscles?? The reason why I ask this question is because I feel myself getting stronger off no bull, because yesterday i was carrying a water fountain jug in the house and I used one had to hold it and the other to open the door, which by the way I opened it using too much strength and kinda broke it…but yeah I never could do that at first for years I lifted up them jugs and now it was so simple. O.k. back on subject, though my strength is increasing my look shows otherwise, I mean i see little progress and gained a few pounds but thats basically it so what can I do to improve my appearance?

Ok, it happened like this.
my family and I went on vacation/ church convention and we brought my oldest sister and my nephews (that is 17 and 12). So we get there and some other people from our church was there including a dude named Ken(the big dude). So later on in the day we got bored so the oldest nephew decided lets play ***** knock(tapping on the hotel doors, running, etc.) i didnt like the idea anyways because I knew we were too old for that lil kid mess, but he went on and did it anyways and found myself running because he wanted to play his childish games (and we had to stick together) so he decided he wanted to knock on Ken and his family door, he knocked and ran. And dude wasn’t mad or nuttin he thought it was funny. So my oldest nephew thought it was funny to do it again, and i knew he could take a joke the first time but the second he wasn’t going to have it. So I told my nephew not to do it and b4 he heard me he did it and we both ended up running again so i told him not to do it again and went off with some other friends while he went his ways still playing ***** knock. So later on after church I found out he knocked on Ken’s door and woke the baby up and ran…now i knew he was in some deep mess after that. So I went to a friend’s hotel room and saw him there with some other of my suppose to be friends and i told him why he knock on the door the third time he said "Man chill out he could take a joke he ain’t gonna do nuttin to me" So i was lie aight ok we will see. All of the sudden there was a knock on the door and I went to open it and looked trough the peep hole and some one finger was covering it…all that ran through my mind was dang he about to get it now. So i asked who it was and no one answered so i went to get my friend to tell them someone was at the door then, I looked around my nephew couldn’t be found nor his friends so I was like dang where they go? All of the sudden i turn around a 350lb dude(Ken) was behind me and snuffed(cheap shot) me on to the floor and took his foot and was stompin’ me out and i ended up stopping him by taking his foot and quickly jumping up gettin ready to fight then all of the sudden a mattress and box spring came at me and nearly knocked me out if I didn’t put my guard up at time then he got in my face saying "where the other one at?" I knew he was talkin about my nephew so I got all deep voice and told him I didnt know and what the hell was his ****ing problem.(excuse the curse words I dont usually curse but this makes me mad just typing it) He said my sisters told him that it was my nephew and I that were knocking on his hotel room…shoot it was bad that my nephew was knocking on his door but to have my sister tell him that it was me and him doing it…I was pissed i yelled at him and told him it wasn’t me and he didnt believe me until my nephew came in the room…and he said they were just playin and stuff. I was like damn you gonna leave me to defend for myself against a big dude like Ken…and ever since then I dont talk to my sister, my nephews like that, nor Ken or his family, forgave them but still havent forgotten and I guess that was it that my story

Man I am so glad today i didnt have to workout today even though i did stretch and did alittle cardio to day but man i am hurting from yesterday….and the thing about it it got so bad that i went to bed several times today and the pain woke me up….but hey if I want to make myself vulnerable to getting beat up again then I mind as well stop here…can’t do that didn’t like that feeling getting beat up and and thrown around like a rag doll …and everytime i think about that situation I get angrier and angrier. Even though I practice forgiveness its hard to forgive somebody for that and to forget that he did it because of all the ear hustling he believed. Anyways yeah i cant give up Shoulder and traps are tomorrow and I will see ya then

Man today I was workin out the chest and Biceps today(thanks animalistic) and man that was the toughest workout I ever had to do with the chest. i am guessin because I got new dumbbells that weigh way more than the ones I was using and that ish killed me while I was doin like 2sets of 15 with the smaller ones these gave me a lot of resistance i was like dang but yeah now my biceps and chest is hurtin so yeah…thats all i wanted to say.

aye ya i heard on the news that psychologist are saying that people that are playing video games a lot is an addiction and I quote "a mental drug." The reason why they said this is because when people spend time in front of the television playing games all day they are wasting their day and also aren’t exercising which causes obesity, isn’t getting any type of sleep, and become anti-social. Now the reason why I posted this was because the effects of being a game addict are essential in bodybuilding, well at least two but the other you need in life just as much. So remember ya don’t get hooked on to games it will brig you down aight
