					<description>As you say you are trught on track.  There's nothing better than a nice run, when it's a little brisk out.  I'm envious.  I was set to run in 1/8th mile circles yesterday, but my wife said my knee was still too swollen.  Maybe tomorrow.  Keep doing what you are doing and you'll reach your Febrruary goals and beyond.  Keep moving forwards, and enjoying your journey.</description>
