Ill get there in my own time
Slight weight increase this week, still picking up. Was hoping I would get it back faster but I dont mind so long as I see movement on the weight stats. Feeling better, doing better, energy has picked back up, feeling hungry again which I didnt have for a while there, Ive come through it again! Upwards and onwards from here. Im just glad to be on form again. Slow progress is afterall, progress. Ill get there in my own time. Happy Gyming
