This week has not been my most intense, I've been working out but times are tough and not having my usual diet has hindered progress. I've managed to keep my weight level from lastweek but if I don't get food sorted I'm going to see a drop by next week. I'm working hard and I'm keeping well which is the important thing. Hope to see this setback put on a shelf very quickly because it is a mental blow when you work so hard. Energy levels are a little low the past few days but I'll get back on form again, don't expect to see any progress this week but that doesn't mean I wont try! Get the food down and that iron up high!
