Do you want quick and easy solutions to improve the training you’re pursuing??? Depending on how quick you read and how easy comprehending information is for you it might be quick and easy. Help yourself by learning how your body works. You can manipulate your muscles to get bigger and stronger without knowing what you are doing just as easy as you can lose weight by not eating. The main idea here is understand how your muscle cells work 1st. How many people go to the gym without knowing how their muscle cells work and just start working out. yeah you will see results but you woun’t be asking yourself How do I get bigger, stronger faster??? If you learn research how your body works you’ll have those answers. If you know how something works you can fix it yourself if you dont you can throw away a lot of money and time having someone else try and fix the problems for you. anyways, feel free to ask me questions, leave advice, comments, or just drop some knowledge…i’ll help you for free the 1st time…lol…peace…
