Well Easter has come and gone, and I have managed to refrain from consuming caffeine (given up for Lent). And boy was it a hellish time, withdrawal symptoms that would put most in drug rehab to shame. I survived it not too sure how those around me coped.
I have posted a view clips on our Academy Blog, go and take a look at 16 year old Morne and 17 year old Renier, training and posing and some awesome posing and training by the amazing junior Alexei Lusekov.
Looking forward to hearing your comment.

Regards
Brian

Chris Fyffe has taken some time off competitive bodybuilding to recover from a hamstring and elbow injury. Besides being a Personal Trainer, Chris also found the time to do a photo shoot. How many of you think Chris has a future as a Model??

I had many a good intentions over the last two weeks regarding updating the site and also posting new pictures and videos, but time is catching up on me. I celebrated my 40th birthday on Saturday, 3 May, and used the event to raise funds for some of our athletes, who are preparing for the Eastern Province Provincial Champs (24 August) and the SA Natural Champs (6 Sept). We managed to raise a fair some, R2000, but it was short of our target, so the next two months will be fund raising month, any spare change??
At 40 I have decided to come out of retirement, (yeah the writing is on the wall, or blog), so there is no backing out. I will be posting progress pictures (shield your eyes) on a monthly basis along with my gripes.
I hope to get some support from you all.
In the mean time you can support our athletes by leaving some comments for them on the Academy site.

It seems as if our blog site has effectively been blocked by Google, even though the site has been proved not to be a spam site.
It is a pity that a Large company like Google have so little regard for their clients that they do not think it necessary to communicate with them.
I hope to report that the blog site has been unblocked, if not, watch for this space for the new address, and not to worry we will use client friendly servers for future postings.

I will be visiting Europe in August, and will be looking for young athletes who are interested in competing in teen and junior specific bodybuilding contests. I will also be recruiting members for the new junior division bodybuilding federation which we plan to launch in the new year. The federation will host bodybuilding and sporting events aimed at the athlete aged 15 - 23 If you are interested please drop us a line.
As from the new year the Bluewater Bay Academy of Sport will offer a bursary to an INTERNATIONAL student. The Academy provides tuition up to Diploma level in Sports Science. The courses on offer are internationally accredited. Keep watching this space for details.
Keep the Peace and say Nope to Dope
Yours in Sport
