Well Easter has come and gone, and I have managed to refrain from consuming caffeine (given up for Lent). And boy was it a hellish time, withdrawal symptoms that would put most in drug rehab to shame. I survived it not too sure how those around me coped.
I have posted a view clips on our Academy Blog, go and take a look at 16 year old Morne and 17 year old Renier, training and posing and some awesome posing and training by the amazing junior Alexei Lusekov.

The final team for the SA Natural Champs and IFBB Provincial Champs will best available on Wednesday.
The updates on progress will also be published in on the blog site.
Fund raising to help the athletes has also started in all earnest, if any of you have some spare change, please think of donating, every dollar is worth R8.

Looking for interested athletes to compete in the Student World Bodybuilding and Fitness Challenge.
If you are between the ages of 15 and 25, still at an educational institution and you are a bodybuilder, fitness or beach body competitor and keen to compete, send us an email, and we will forward you all the relevant details. All interested athletes’ names will be put toward a lucky draw, 5 lucky competitors will win an all expenses paid trip to the contest and get the chance to compete for the $10 000.00 prize.

We have a lot to report, but alas, I do not seem to get the time to visit the blog to do any posting.
I have just returned from the studio where we put the youngsters through their paces, doing hours of compulsory poses.
Training your posing not only gets the muscles displayed better on show day, but it also prepares the body for the grueling grilling the body will face on show day.
As yet I have not received any news from Eric, but I am sure he would have sent me a gripe had he not done well. As can be seen by the 4 day out pictures Eric was looking really good.
I will post more pictures on Wednesday and a review on the Friendly City Challenge.

Chris Fyffe has taken some time off competitive bodybuilding to recover from a hamstring and elbow injury. Besides being a Personal Trainer, Chris also found the time to do a photo shoot. How many of you think Chris has a future as a Model??
