I need to lose weight... so the cardio is a huge part of my routine especially early. Thanks for the advice! I do forget this is a journey, not a sprint.

Hey there yung man, remember supps are FOOD products, not drugs, so your body can do without the supps for a few days- although some countries have some of the stronger supps for sale- grin joke. Anyway, when I travel I bring my little digital scale and my computer, as bb is at least 60% nutrition I can find what I need if it is not clearly marked.
Why do you do so much cardio?

Thanks! I appreciate the feedback. I agree that I should tune it up a notch the morning after. Traveling is great and opened up a lot of doors for me but it's not always easy on the family. Thanks for the encouragement.

nice work on hitting the workout hard the next morning after drinking it up the nite before. So far it seems like ur very dedicated to getting in shape. All that traveling would make that very hard but it has to be awesome to travel so much. Also payin that bill had to hurt the old wallet but o well. Keep at it

Well, first of all...congrats on mulling it over and finally pulling the trigger! I know it took me some time too, but once I was off, I never looked back (well, truthfully, now I do and i laugh!)
Second, way to go on resisting the urge to go out and drink socially and add those extra unneeded carbs to your system.
Seems to me like you are off to a great start and headed on your way to bring back that beach body! welcome!!! (and you should just post the pics...it'll keep you accountable!)

I know exactly that work out buzz you are talking about before hitting work. Its super. After a while you will just find its habit as opposed to effort and be in bad form when you dont work out. That is my experience for what it is worth. Wishing you all the best for your progress.
