Hey guys n gals,
Hope all ya training and targets are going well!!! Good news, i could be joining the gym very soon and i can’t wait, it is hard doing excercise without equipment of any kind, i feel with the equipment i make excercises properly and take no shortcuts or whatever and the otivation in the gym is incredible!!!!!!!!!

Hey people.
I havent posted in a while because my blogs started to become a bit pointless and more of a diary then a fitness/training blog, nothing much to report, i have kept my diet very well under control and everybody says i have lost weight and keep rying to shovel food down me.
The times i have heard, "You dont eat properly" jus because i have a salad for dinner, or grilled chicken with brocolli for tea, well i am eating, maybe not a junk food properly but healthy eating is the proper way to eat!!!!!!
Madness!!! I will post another weight on this coming monday as i havent been tracking it because as the fat loss slowed down i didnt want the slowness to de-motivate me!!!!

Hey people.

AM Back on track at last, it feels sooo good!!!
My results for the last week, even though my exercise for half of the week was non-existent i still lost weight and never put any on because its becoming a natural habit for me to eat healthy now!!! Although i never lost a lot it still good seeing the fat slowly but surely dropping off!!!
My diet today was good, 2 kiwis a tangerine and a bowl of all bran (skim milk) for brekkie, with a green tea!!!!
Dinner was a tea with tuna pasta sweetcorn and artichokes…
tea was scrambled egg whites with brocolli and lettuce and a thin lean steak and a glass of freshly squeezed orange!!!
Very nice!!!
Keep it up everyone (as if i have room to talk!!!!)!!!

OK, so the last 4 days i have been bad, i have not done any exercise whatsoever which is bad!!! I could tell you a lot of excuses why but we all know i would just be hiding the truth of my laziness because excuses re just that, excuses!!! Although some part was motivation aswell…
So my eating still hasn’t been to bad but when everyone around you tries to give you fatty food you eventually start to give in, but i can honestly say i don’t think i did, close to it though, so tomorrow my weight stats are gonna be updated, i guess it will be the same and it wouldn’t surprise me if it was more but good motivation again for the rest of my life exercising!!! Man the will power!!!!
So yeah stats updated tomorrow when my ‘keeping a snipers eye on my calories’ continue and 110% effort in my exercises, i just need to get up that bit earlier (which is not the easiest with this cold whether)!!!
Hope everyone elses workout is going smashing!!!!

A lot batter day today i had a decent sleep, the most i have had in a long time. I read somewhere that if you have trouble sleeping, about half n hour before you go o bed, let your body wind down….turn off the TV, the comp and sit in bed and read for half hour, if you go to bed after say the PC (like i did) you end up having more rapid eye movement which is some way connected with obesity of the ABs!!! I know sounds stupid but i just know what i read. Anyway so i turned everything off and read a bit of Mens Health for half hour (i hate reading) and i was out like a light, set my alarm for 10 this morning and i was up and refreshed!!!
For brekkie i had my all bran and skimmed milk, then i got the stationary bike, it is old one but cant complain, works very well!!!
I was expecting too give myself an hour on it but OMG got half an hour and my legs were aching so much, so hopped of and jogged for another 35 minutes, i felt good, i felt very good, i squeezed the last ten min jogging out of me and it felt that bit better pushing myself that bit further!!!
Also did a lot of AB crunches and press ups!!! Had a tin a tuna for dinner cos i really wasn’t hungry at all!!! For tea i had an egg salad with plain vinegar adn some weird fish eel thingies and i had a cereal and kiwi yoghurt after that, so done very well with my calories again as i always do!!!
I have got very used to it now, most of the time i would eat out of boredom, just walk in the kitchen and think, what shall i eat!?! And eat it, not anymore!!! An a got some carrots today so if a feel a bit pekish al nibble on one a them!!!
Hope everyone had a good workout and i hope everyone has a good workout!!!

So, if you read my other blog you will know that i didnt get up on Sunday until 2pm!!!!! Which meant on Sunday night/Monday morning i didnt get sleep until 3am, which was bad considering i had to go and get my residence card so i was up at 5:45am, sooooo VERY little sleep indeed.
So arrived at the Police Station after having my All Bran and a cup of coffee at 7:30, and the weather man was right, the weather this week is our first sign of winter (be it late) sooo it was raining and very cold, with my converse leaking and no umbrella…..how long did we queue…….4 hours in this weather to get my residence card cos i am gonna live here now, 4 hours MY GOD, wasnt the best start to the day, then went to the hospital and ate in a cafe there, had a omlette with potato and gave the bread my girlfriend cos i am staying away from that now, anyway i eventually got back home at 3:30 PM when i realised i needed more All Bran, so off to the shops in the rain again!!! Got back and tried doing 45min cardio, i swear i could have fell asleep doing it, after 25 minutes i started to feel dizzy so i kinda guessed that was my body telling me that i have had enough for 2 hours of sleep!!! SO nothing done today, i did notice my abs are starting to pop though at the top (in the right light LOL) which is cool.
I did all of my measurments today and i have lost weight again which is brill, but some measurements are up and down and my BF% is up, only by small fractions though, so sometimes the measurer may have been too slack or too tight, or i measure different areas one time to the next, but i have noticed my stomach has gone a bit smaller, but i also think that my crunches could be strengthening my abs whilst pushing the fat further out!!!
My girlfriends mum says she has an exercise bike i can have, so 1hr on that and 30min running a day and i will be dropping the weight mad!!!
For tea am having a kinda brocolli soup thing i am trying, so my calories are good today, maybe an OD on coffee, but they say it is healthy now so thats ok!!!
Other than that no progress today so double time tomorrow after my early night, right now i am f***ked and could sleep anywhere!!!

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! After yesterdays cheat day, i was up until like 2am watchin Eddie Murphy stand up and my fav english comedian Chubby Brown, which meant i only got up at 2PM today!!! Which isn’t bad, didnt need any dinner so my nutrition was very very good and yesterdays cheat day calories can now be added to todays missed calories, which means theoretically i haven’t had a cheat day today!!!
I might stop the cheat days anyway because all i do is feel guilty from them so no point really, and i swear my stomach looks bigger the next day too!!!
Breakfast i had my usual 1 cup of All Bran and 1 cup of Skimmed milk with it, and for tea i had 1 egg with 3 egg whites scrambles with 3 pieces of like hard cracker bread (only 34kcal per slice) which was good, my only snack was a pear and i have had a cup of green tea and two english breakfasts, so all in all a good day!!!
I did 1 hour running today split in two 30min segments and i did 180 ab crunches in sets of 20 and so far 60 press ups in sets of 10’s, i dont really want to follow a workout until i get to the gym, i have been using a stool as weights for the last week LOL i know sad!!!
Check out my videos i have put an Arnie one of when he battered triple H, you think it was fake!?! Is wrestling fake!?!
I gotta do my measurments tomorrow, ARGH scary, i dont think i have lost as much weight as my first week, which is expected i think and my biceps etc won’t really increase until i hit the gym anyway..but from a side angle my stomach isn’t as bulgy and an indent has started to appear (with a close up LOL) where the top of y abs are slowly but surely gradually starting to form!!! I love improvment, that motivates me!!!
I found which gym i am going eventually, it is a 5 min walk from where i live so can walk there and back in my kit, 1/2 hour before it closes i could still get a quick workout in which is cool, although i havent looked inside it yet so MAYBE its rubbish. I dont think they have any 24hr ones either, i think you guys in America have a lot don’t ya!?! I have never seen one in England either, normally open at 6am (ish) and close around 11PM!!!
Anyway check to see my results tomorrow, i will post photos that will look exactly the same at the end of the month!!!

What a day, woke up this morning with my lower back muscles feeling tight and sore, i dont see why because i have done no lower back excercises, or any excercises for the back the day before, i could have slept funny and that could be the reason.
So got up early anyway 9:30 ish and didnt feel like doing any excercises at all because of my back, nipped to shop where my girlfriends says ‘Get some crisps for tomorrow’ because she knows its cheat day, so i did i gets me some Pringles, in the car on way home i just couldnt resist and i opened them, and you know what they say…’Once you pop, you can’t stop’!!! And i couldn’t!!!
I suggested changing my cheat day to today, so i have, tomorrow is no more a cheat day.
Todays dinner i had Steak and Mash (not instant) with sweetcorn, which was nice, that was it then , i had no hunger at all for my tea in the end, but my girlfriends sis and her boyfriend came round and i ended up cooking for them, like a combination mini buffet thing, so for tea i ate 1 slice lasagne, 1 turkey breast slice, pasta tuna sweetcorn and salmon.
I think today i have definately gone over what i normally eat calorie wise and maybe but not sure over the RDA!! I feel so guilty!!! ARGH!!!
Back to excercises tomorrow and my 2nd week results on Monday woooooo. I know i haven’t lost as much weight especially after today, is it normal to have a big loss the first week then a slow down!?!
Some kinda good news, my sisters boyfriend says he used to be in a running club and knows some people there so i could join there, which will be good!!!
More tomorrow!!!

Finally had a decent sleep last night for the first time in a long time (well a week)!!! I read that the less sleep you have the more weight you put on because when you sleep your metabolism works very hard!!!
So was up for half seven, early for me because i have been off work since the 1st Jan, my GF on other hand been getting up 6:30 every morning, awww shame (HEHE)!!! Like i say got up 7:30, had a cup of all-bran and skimmed milk, YUMMY am addicted to All bran, high in sugar i suppose but everythin else is good!!! Had a nice cuppa tea with that aswell which was nice, tea and honey. Gonna start drinking it black now because i wanna cut on my dairy neary 100% out of my diet!!!
Anyone know anything else i could have on my All bran instead of milk!?! Hmmmm!!!
So was on the bus to work (my job i hate, well not the job the people, well most of the people, o and the me not speaking the language doesnt help either)!!! As i was saying i was on the bus (i hate it when this happens) someone farted!!! DISGUSTIN!!! Then i am like near the back, so the girl behind and the other lad will get the smell last and coming from my end, then cos am thinking they might think its me i try to pull a disgusted face which makes me look dodgy and more like i did it, but i didnt, i hate it when that happens though!!!
So in work been moving a lot of chairs and tables and logs around and a lot of cleaning, i loved the lifting chairs and tables, felt like a mini workout and a built up a sweat doing it.
Anywayz i quit this job today, but hopefully start another next week which has my gym membership written all over it!!! Yeah baby yeah!!! So got home after eating nothin and for dinner i had vegetable pasta with tuna and sweetcorn (i have this every dinner now) and my girlfriend had….A WHOLE PIZZA, right in front of me, god i have balls, didnt have a bit of it, but smelt so fiiiiiiiineeeeee!!! mmmmmmmm!!!!
So yeah had a natural orange freshly squeezed by me then did 35min jogging and 40 crunches and some press ups but was stuck on time today, went my Spanish lesson very sweaty LOL, came back and didnt have any tea cos had dinner so late……..did a few more ab crunches and cuppa tea with a yoghurt and honey, THATS IT!!!
So alls good, my diet still amazingly under control, although my stomach felt quite bloated today but was after the orange so probably that!!!
