HOUSE OF PAIN

Well I’m stuck here in Iraq now….I have been working out here for about 4 weeks now. It’s pretty hard to keep a schedule with all the stuff going on, but I try my best to keep it. I look forward to going to the gym because it’s not like I can look forward to much of anything else here. Going to the gym here is a place where I can get peace of mind. I leave all my stress, troubles, and issues on the floor of that gym by hitting it hard. The gym is surprisingly pretty good. It has everything I need to help reach my goals. I mean we can use some newer equipment like benches, machines, and a few other things here and there, but beggers can’t be chooser right. I’m just glad there’s a site like this to be able to supply us with supplements and everything else because it is pretty hard to come by here. I’ll try to keep this thing updated, but we will just have to wait and see. Holla

WEEK 4

April 21, 2007

Week 4 was fun. I can see and feel my body changing more and more and I love it. I’m putting in a whole lot of hard work and reaping the benefits as well as the pain…LOL. I’m half way through my 8 week workout cycle. I love every minute of it. Holla!!

WEEK 3

April 14, 2007

Week 3 has gone by and I had to change my routine a little, so now I’m sore as hell again. It doesn’t really help that I’ve been playing like 3 softball games a day for the past week either. I really need to work on getting some rest time in. I’m seeing more and more progress as I go along, but I still have 5 more weeks in this cycle. Holla!!!

WEEK 2

Well, week 2 was a hell of a lot easier than week 1. I feel I lot better and not as sore. I just hope it keeps getting easier as my workout change a little, but no pain on gain. I’ll push my body beyond the limit so it we be better once the rest period is up. Holla

Week 1

March 29, 2007

This first week of Training has been kinda harsh. I started a whole new workout plan from what I had before. I’ve been out of the gym for like a month and a half due to getting surgery, but now I’m back and all my muscles are screaming. I’ve got 7 more weeks of training to go. I’ll keep ya’ll posted on how it goes. Holla!!
