Triathlon Training - Swim & CrossFit

My training today consisted of 1050 yards of swimming broken into 3 rounds of: 50, 100 & 200 yd swims.
Then last night I did a modified version of that day’s WOD. It was:
45 Ring Dips
2 min all out sprint on the stairmaster
45 Push Ups
2 min all out sprint on the stairmaster
45 85# Thrusters
2 min all out sprint on the stairmaster

All done in 15:10

Pretty good workout for an old guy! That looks killer. I’ll bet you sweat a bucket load in that 15 min’s.

I’m thinking of doing a mini-T later this year. Right now, a 1050 yard swim would kill me. I’m not a runner, but the swim intimidates me big time.
