Heavy Squats
Tuesday, September 30th, 2008After a warmup of 3 x 10 of the following…Pushups, Pullups, Dips & Situps I went for today’s CrossFit WOD of 5×5 Squats.
My Previous 1RM was 315#. Tonight I did some heavy amounts until my low back gave out in the 3rd set…had to wrap it up.
