Substituted Back for Chest today. Chest is my favorite, but haven’t done a good back day in a while. Began with 5 min of Jump Rope then went 2 rounds with the heavy bag. After that…down to business. Check out the details on my Workout Tracker, but here are the basics. 4 sets of Pull ups (alternating heavy w/ bodyweight only); then 3 sets of Power Cleans; on to 3 sets of Bent Over Rows; 3 Sets of T-Bar Rows and finished with 3 sets of Seated Rows. Over 20k total pounds! In between each exercise I did a round of abs (4 different exercises/ 16 total sets). Finished with 2 more intense rounds on the heavy bag. I kicked its butt!!!!! Good day! Now I am drinking my protein/creatine shake and eating some of my wife’s yummy banana bread.

Been trying harder to get more protein into my diet, especially to start the day and pre-workout. Not a big fan of eggs but have found a yummy omelette recipe that I thought i’d pass on. 5 egg whites (20g protein), 3 oz of turkey (10g protein), tomatos, mushrooms, cilantro (great flavor) and a mix of cheeses (10g protein). A little salt and pepper and you have a tasty 40g+ protein morning powerhouse of an omelette. Enjoy!

She said "you know you will kill yourself." HA! Not only did I throw in the dreaded jump squats, I didn’t do them with a sissy medicine ball on the floor; I did them with a 45lb barbell onto a 16" plyometric box. Course, I won’t be able to walk tomorrow, but I did them just to spite her. Now someone please help me up from this chair and onto my couch. Someone….help!

This was my third time using NaNO Vapor. The first two times I really didn’t notice anything different. Today, however, was different. I was very strong and my endurance was great. Not positive it was the supplement, but had a great chest day (check my workout tracker for details). Will keep using it and see how it goes. Really feel good today and feel like I could still be lifting even though today was VERY intense.

Today was the hardest leg workout ever for me. (check my workout tracker for details). Trying to get in supreme shape for my summit attempts this summer. I am experimenting with a new set/rep mix for the next few weeks to build in some greater muscular endurance. Will see how it goes. For now, just trying to walk:)

I was just given (by a GNC manager and personal friend) 2 tubs of NO Vapor and started using it today. Would love to know how it worked for others (just read the blog about headaches). I will try it for a few months to see if it helps. Couldn’t tell anything different in my first usage. Would appreciate any feedback.
