"Beginning the 3rd and final phase of P90x on Monday. Been happy with the results so far in spite of the holiday interruption. I will finish up p90x in January and then begin training for my summer triathlons."
Another great day in paradise. Best dive day of my life. Great coral formations & marine life..1 Barracuda, Sea Turtles, Morays, & the biggest Eagle and Sting Rays I have ever seen!!!
