Painful Day
Friday, November 30th, 2007Well, I have diagnosed myself with overtraining and given myself today and all of next week off from lifting to try and let my body recover from the intense workouts of the last month. My lifting crew of 8 is still working out in my shop so I designed today’s lifting schedule and supervised the session. Very painful cuz I want to workout with them. I hate missing a day, much less a week, but I know my body needs it. Today’s lift was something new for us. Friday’s are always Gun Days, but I designed the entire session to be an Interval Session with all the lifts mixed in with High Intensity Cardio stations and Ab stations. It worked well. Will do the same next week for Chest and Leg days.
