Today starts the first day of hardcore dieting, cardio and weight training for the commercial shoot. I have 22 days of sacrifice, do the shoot pack on a couple of more pounds then after coming back from the Arnold I have 16 weeks of hell to get ready for the West Palm Show in June. First show for me. Doing it to get my feet wet.
