Do different variations on squats and watch yourself in the mirror. Try ball squats, body weight squats and squats with dumbbells. Watch your form and continue to concentrate on the exercise as if you were sitting back in a chair, driving your heels as you come up and squeezing your glutes. Practice will make perfect and you'll get it.

So you are eating clean and not working out? The only way to get better at squats (or anything) is to do them when you work out, start out with body weight squats.

Unfortunatly the only one that can come up with those ideas is yourself,as you say its on your body forever.
If you are asking these questions you still have doubt in your mind.
I have three tattoos myself each one meaning something to me ,and i always knew where it was going. When you do decide yourself where you want it and how you want it you will be really happy with the outcome.
And as nic902 says they are addictive,i'm having another one done very soon.

I have a butterfly quite low on my lower back. I had it done there so that I could hide it if I want but can show it if I wear low slung jeans and a slightly short top :D
I am looking to have some stars done quite low on my waist line under my belly button, if I can get my belly fat off that is! LOL
