Yes, It’s gone. The bubble butt has disappeared, but in replace of it is this flat, no shaped butt. Clean eating has really changed my body, I just didn’t know that I would loose so much of my back side. I totally serious, I have no humps what so ever!!! So I guess that I need to start working it. I’ve been told to do squats, but I can never seem to get good form. I don’t know if it’s my thigh are too long, and my calves too short, but my knees always go over my toes. I’m thinking maybe of using the smith machine, cause then I could possibly use that to lean back with? I really do need to fit in the glutes somewhere. Should I do them once or twice a week? Should I do them on legs day, or should I do them on opposing days, like tri/chest, bi/back, shoulder/abs?
Memo to self: stop looking at a$$ in mirror(like a watched pot doesn’t boil, a back side doesn’t grow)

I’ve been doing soooo good with my diet and exercise. I was so proud of myself, eating 90% clean, cardio, weights. And then it all fell to pieces. For the last three days, I’ve gorged myself with everything in sight. Cake, Breaded shimp, candybars, soda….I’m pathetic! I’ve gained four pounds, and I feel just disgusting, fat, bloated and tired!!! What the Hell!!!??? I need to stop the insanity, but how???

I have a hard time doing my shoulders. I can’t lift very much, I actually had to drop weight to complete my sets. I guess they are just out of shape. They are definetely my hardest muscle to do. I really struggle to get them in.
Abs, no problem. I like ball crunches and planks but I do need to find something a little more strenous to add to program.
3×12 upright rows
3×12 arnold presses
3×12 front shoulder raises
3×12 side shoulder raises
3×12 ball crunches
3×12 ball crunches w/ twist
3×12 plank with knee taps

I’ve been working out, doing great with my diet, and I’ve lost the thirty some pounds I gained. I’m now working really hard on gaining muscle and losing more bf. Some of my patients have asked me, how are you losing so much weight and looking so good. What’s your secret?
It’s hilarious, me with a secret! When I tell them, how big I used to be, and how I’ve been losing it. They look at me like I’m crazy. Here’s a couple of my favorite responses:
1.) You don’t eat anything processed! I couldn’t live without my cheeseburgers and soda.
2.) Yeah I drink water in my coffee, only
3.) Chicken, eggs, tuna, how boring!
and my favorite by far is
"I can’t work out too hard, I’m allergic to my sweat"
Isn’t it funny the excuses people come up with?

I’ve always wanted to get a tatoo, but haven’t wanted something trashy or stupid. I want something that means something to me, I mean if it’s gonna be on my body forever, shouldn’t be something that means something to me? I just do not know where to put it or how. I want to get the saying my gram told me " Don’t live your life to prove something, live it to improve" but need some suggestions on where and ideas on how. If I get a good idea, I’ll do it and post a picture of it on here. So give me those ideas!!!

Ok, so I went to my first power yoga class….(read last blog). I did my best to try all the poses, ect., ect. ect. Two days, one workout, two perocet, three ibuprofen, one massage later and I still can’t move my head to the left or down. (Of course, I did not have any important decisions to make, nor was I driving any heavy machinery. hewwww) Now I ask ya, what the hell? Isn’t yoga suppose to stretch the muscles, or elongate them or something?
Yes! I actually got my cardio in, yeah for me, but I was suppose to lift today. And guess which body parts…it’s chest/back day. Now you’d think with all the shit I went though to make it feel better, I couldda done it right? Wrong! Let us just say, I’m awake (yawn) finally. And……MY F@#%ing neck stillllllllll hurts!!!!!!

My gym started a couple of new classes, power yoga, and spinning a few months ago. I decided to try the power yoga. My wrist, my quads, my abs and my shoulders are screaming at me. But, I like it! I’m not the most cordinated, not the stronger by far, but I tried to keep up. The instructor was soooo nice, she made sure to explain modivications. Even though, everyone else there pretty experienced, noone made me feel stupid! I liked it sooo much, I signed up for the next eight Saturdays!

Today was one of those day, where it seemed like if it could go wrong, it did! First, we had a little storm last night, knocked out the power…..alarm clock didn’t have a battery back-up. So no cardio this morning, thank god I made it to work on time…however, I was rushing so I forgot my lunch and water bottle. I did have tuna, eziekal bread at work, and cafeteria had oatmeal and to my surprise hard-boiled eggs. A friend of mine had a extra turkey burger, which she was kind enough to give me. As for water, you can pretty much get that anywhere.
Then….yes there’s a then, a patient’s husband, who is in denile about his wife’s condition, wants everything possible done with his wife, and he doesn’t understand that the choices are hers not his. She doesn’t want treatment! So he is fighting with everyone.
Then…yep another then, I went to the gym after work, got my workout in and was in the locker room taking a shower. When I was done with my shower, I stepped out, turned to my left to grab my towel and this little old lady jumped into the shower I was standing in front of. I turned to get my stuff out, and there she was using my shampoo. Then she says to me "oh is this yours?". For a moment, I wanted to say something snotty, but the lady was old, like 75-80. So I was nice.
Then…yes, its getting even more pathetic, I went to the sauna to do a little stretch, dry off and put on some lotion. I went back to the locker room, and this old lady had unplugged my flat iron, and moved my clothes!!! I said, "what are you doing?" her reply…." I like this spot"
Now, I’m pissed! Then….when I picked up my uniform she had gotten vaseline on it. So now I have a big grease mark right in the front of my scrub top. She looks at me, and says "Is there something wrong dear?" Now, I’m at the point where I want to beat down an old lady!! Of course, I didn’t but I did tell her that I didn’t appreciate her moving my things, and I showed her the grease mark, which she apologized for. It didn’t make me feel better, but I least I spoke my peace, respectfully. Whom ever taught me manners, I like to beat them down too!
I’m so happy, it’s Friday and it’s over!

I actually got up and went to the gym first thing this morning, on my day off. For anyone who knows me, that is a major accomplishment, and what’s even more amazing is I’ve done it now for three days straight. I think that I kinda prefer it to going after work. I get it done, I don’t have all day to talk myself out of it. Another thing I like about it, is the fact that if I need some more time in the gym, I have it. When I did it after work, I only had so much time to fit in all that I wanted to.
The best part is there’s noone there, I don’t have to fight for equipment or shower. I love that!
