Has anyone seen my A$$? I’ve lost it!!!

Yes, It’s gone. The bubble butt has disappeared, but in replace of it is this flat, no shaped butt.  Clean eating has really changed my body, I just didn’t know that I would loose so much of my back side. I totally serious, I have no humps what so ever!!! So I guess that I need to start working it. I’ve been told to do squats, but I can never seem to get good form. I don’t know if it’s my thigh are too long, and my calves too short, but my  knees always go over my toes. I’m thinking maybe of using the smith machine, cause then I could possibly use that to lean back with?  I really do need to fit in the glutes somewhere. Should I do them once or twice a week? Should I do them on legs day, or should I do them on opposing days, like tri/chest, bi/back, shoulder/abs?

Memo to self: stop looking at a$$ in mirror(like a watched pot doesn’t boil, a back side doesn’t grow)

So you are eating clean and not working out? The only way to get better at squats (or anything) is to do them when you work out, start out with body weight squats.

No I’ve been working out, lots of cardio and a four day split weight program, I just haven’t got a glute program.

so just upper body work out?

Do different variations on squats and watch yourself in the mirror. Try ball squats, body weight squats and squats with dumbbells. Watch your form and continue to concentrate on the exercise as if you were sitting back in a chair, driving your heels as you come up and squeezing your glutes. Practice will make perfect and you’ll get it.
