Power Yoga…Kicked my A$$!!!
My gym started a couple of new classes, power yoga, and spinning a few months ago. I decided to try the power yoga. My wrist, my quads, my abs and my shoulders are screaming at me. But, I like it! I’m not the most cordinated, not the stronger by far, but I tried to keep up. The instructor was soooo nice, she made sure to explain modivications. Even though, everyone else there pretty experienced, noone made me feel stupid! I liked it sooo much, I signed up for the next eight Saturdays!

Wow! Good for you! The best thing about those kind of classes is that you really get to see how much you improve by how much easier the class keeps getting!
