					<description>If you focus on what the scale says you'll be discouraged almost every morning. Especially in the beginning of the program. Focus on gains in strength, speed, endurance, and how you feel on the inside. Remember that your body changes from the inside out. Most people who start a 12 week program don't see many exterior changes until after the 5th week or so. But then after that you'll start seeing significant changes week to week even faster than you could imagine</description>

					<description>Make sure your using heavy enough weights on the other body parts. If you still dont feel you worked them...add on.  Its not going to hurt anything.  

ice cream is my weakness.  When I get the urge I use 100 calorie ice cream bars.  that way I cant eat more than I am suppose to.  Right now I cant eat any, my friend Terry will kick my butt.  Sorry...you cant have him.  He is my diet monitor.  LOL</description>
