Focus on gains in strength, speed, endurance, and how you feel on the inside. Remember that your body changes from the inside out. Most people who start a 12 week program don't see many exterior changes until after the 5th week or so. But then after that you'll start seeing significant changes week to week even faster than you could imagine</description>
