Discouraged
I am not sure what is happening. I follow the exercise and diet of BodyforLife and make a small stride of 2lbs, then I take my cheat day and gain back 4lbs… WTF is that? I did not even cheat that big, I had a burger with no bun, and a small portion of potato salad. I am just hella discouraged this morning.

If you focus on what the scale says you’ll be discouraged almost every morning. Especially in the beginning of the program. Focus on gains in strength, speed, endurance, and how you feel on the inside. Remember that your body changes from the inside out. Most people who start a 12 week program don’t see many exterior changes until after the 5th week or so. But then after that you’ll start seeing significant changes week to week even faster than you could imagine
