Daily Journal (BfL Day One, Upper Body)
Okay first day of BfL that actually counted today, did Lats, Shoulders, Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Forearm Flexors and Extensors. My arms feel like jello and that is a good thing. It amazes me that how good it actually makes me feel to workout so hard, I almost get a high from it now.
My new diet, while still not the cleanest is a bit better I think.
Breakfast: Egg Beaters w/ Lentils and 2 Pieces of Whole Grain Toast with Smart Balance
Snack: 1/2 Banana
Lunch: 1 Can of Tuna, 2tbls Light Mayo, 4 Pieces of Whole Wheat Bread
Snack: Other 1/2 of Banana
Dinner: Chicken Breast, small salad with lentils with 2 tbls light/fat free ranch
Snack: Piece of Skippy Natural Peanut Butter Whole Grain Toast
I have a lot of trouble with diet because there are so many conflicting views of what people should be eating. I am not sure if I am getting everything I need, but the diet seems to keep me full and I have plenty of energy, I may be eating to much.
