okay. how the heck are there all these girls with like 9, 10, 11 percent body fat and they still manage to have these HUGE TATS? me, i run a mile everyday for a week and i dont even need to use a training bra anymore? what the hay?

Oh my goodness. I feel like I’m in such a rut right now. You know that feeling that you’re making absolutley no progress, that you’re working so hard for nothing, that you must be doing something incredibly wrong because you should have seen some change by now if you’re doing it right? THATS how I feel. I tried taking pictures to make myself feel better but it’s just not making a difference. I just started school, and I’m trying to juggle that with work. Maybe thats why I feel so bad. I don’t know. I guess I’m just asking for advice on how to get over these low spots. What do I tell myself? What the heck do I change? UUUUUUUGH!!!
