This is the my first blog ever attempted to create and will either be a non-sensical activity that nobody will read or something life changing, something deep, celestial whoop-ti-doo spiritual awakening that will affect the whole life of those who read it (haw-haw, like, who the hell am I kidding here?!).

As you may have guessed, I love women…beautiful attractive gorgeous women (and I am telling you…ALL the women at Bodyspace is either beautiful inside, beautiful outside…or fortunately both. Hey, what do you want me to say…"maan, I eat/sleep/drink Bodybuilding night and day"; nope, honesty is what you’ll get here; but my aim here to to blatantly put myself on the line and start showing some progress and head towards Buffed City!!

Got to say this, places like myspace/bebo/facebook, etc ain’t ever going to cut it for me (although I actually believe msn live is far better as a all inclusive en-suite profile area and is not one dimensional) and thank God that predominantly 99.5% of all bodyspace members are totally positive, highly encouraging and deeply inspiring (the other 0.5% can kiss my a$$!)

Now let’s see, here deciding how often I should add a blog; I’m thinking probably Tuesday and Friday for now. Hmmm, let’s see, nutrition, life’s purpose, actions taken, enjoyment, photo’s (erm, slightly embarressed about my gut-bag…I’ll hold on the before photo’s for a tad longer…sorry Leila/Detour!), training session….whoa; feeling inspired or what? ALRIGHT, I’M FEELING THE SPIRIT! I mean, how long have I been here? I could also do my own categories, hmm, hot babe of the week…buff daddy of the week…inspiration of the week; that’ll keep me goping too (sorry, just thinking loudly to myself!)

Well, being I am at work, can’t stop too long, glad am starting this (oh, hi DawnMelanie, you are too beautiful for America!); so…I have played around with creating a recipe and hope y’all like it; let me know what you think (Ava Cowan, love your shoulders/chest…like I REALLY love em! Saw your kitchen on Youtube so if you make it, let me know lady, x)

Here’s goes…and enjoy your health!
