Blog Entry
This is the my first blog ever attempted to create and will either be a non-sensical activity that nobody will read or something life changing, something deep, celestial whoop-ti-doo spiritual awakening that will affect the whole life of those who read it (haw-haw, like, who the hell am I kidding here?!).
As you may have guessed, I love women…beautiful attractive gorgeous women (and I am telling you…ALL the women at Bodyspace is either beautiful inside, beautiful outside…or fortunately both. Hey, what do you want me to say…"maan, I eat/sleep/drink Bodybuilding night and day"; nope, honesty is what you’ll get here; but my aim here to to blatantly put myself on the line and start showing some progress and head towards Buffed City!!
Got to say this, places like myspace/bebo/facebook, etc ain’t ever going to cut it for me (although I actually believe msn live is far better as a all inclusive en-suite profile area and is not one dimensional) and thank God that predominantly 99.5% of all bodyspace members are totally positive, highly encouraging and deeply inspiring (the other 0.5% can kiss my a$$!)
Now let’s see, here deciding how often I should add a blog; I’m thinking probably Tuesday and Friday for now. Hmmm, let’s see, nutrition, life’s purpose, actions taken, enjoyment, photo’s (erm, slightly embarressed about my gut-bag…I’ll hold on the before photo’s for a tad longer…sorry Leila/Detour!), training session….whoa; feeling inspired or what? ALRIGHT, I’M FEELING THE SPIRIT! I mean, how long have I been here? I could also do my own categories, hmm, hot babe of the week…buff daddy of the week…inspiration of the week; that’ll keep me goping too (sorry, just thinking loudly to myself!)
Well, being I am at work, can’t stop too long, glad am starting this (oh, hi DawnMelanie, you are too beautiful for America!); so…I have played around with creating a recipe and hope y’all like it; let me know what you think (Ava Cowan, love your shoulders/chest…like I REALLY love em! Saw your kitchen on Youtube so if you make it, let me know lady, x)
Here’s goes…and enjoy your health!
Personal Recipe: “Jack Daniels Loves Beef”
Preparation time - no more than 3 hours, (including waiting time for beef seasoning)
Cooking and serve - No more than 45 min
Grab 2 Lean 8oz Rump or Sirloin Steaks
(trim de fat of the steak han na baddur faarget tu wash dem stinkin beef steiiak ting dem gaal!)
- 4-7 whole garlic cloves and chop them up into slices (its not to keep Dracula away from the beef!)
- Take 2 red hot chilli peppers and chop em up nice (I love Under the Bridge and Dani California!)
- 1 teaspoon of Italian Mixed Herbs
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tablespoon of Jack Daniels (glug-glug!)
- Include 1 tablespoon of Dark Organic Soy Sauce in the mix
- Include 2 tablespoon of a nut-based oil (Walnut Oil is good or Sesame Oil)
- 1/4 level teaspoon of Sea Salt for taste only!!!
NOW…
- Pierce the Beef and place in a bowl
- Mix up all the above ingredients and mix up the meat with your hands (oo-er!)
- Not much juices should be left as the meat should absorb the lubbely ingredients
- Place in an air lock bag to choke out the beef with taste and place in fridge for a minimum of 2/3 hours
Use Low Cholesterol Spray Oil on Griddle Pan and heat…
Now add the Beef and pan-fry with the low-oil just below high heat, “press and turn” frequently until brown for a maximum of 12-14 min (make to your liking)
(utilize the natural fats and reserve the juices for gravy…I could teach how to create thick natural gravy…but God already created Bisto and OXO, so just add the juice to it!!)
Serve on a nice large hot square plate with…
- grated carrots shreds and chopped coriander combined around the inside edges for presentation
- 1 cooked cup of Wild Rice per person…with mildly cooked in Coconut Cream (use just 1oz) and 4 lengths of chopped spring onion slices …NO SALT IN THE RICE!!!
- 5 Sliced Courgettes and 5 Sliced Mushrooms (lightly boiled in 1 cup of water) overlapping each other
- Create a 4-6oz of Spinach and blend with the lovely home-gravy…enjoy!
Serve with a nice glass of Chianti Red Wine (always great with Beef!)
End off with Berries and Meriange Ice Cream (could teach you to make it…just get down to a freezer section…its quicker!)
Let me know what you think!
;-)

Great first blog entry. It has content and I like that. I was inspired by your idea of buff daddy of the week. I like keeping my blogs fresh (I have more than one blog on the net) and I think I’ll piggy back of your idea and find one BodySpace member each week to profile and add that to my blog. Thanks for the inspiration! Gotta love BodySpace.
