Day 3
Well tonight I went in to the gym and felt strong and focused. I did little BS and just went from set 2 set. I did realize that doing a complete body of this volume is too much me me to do plus I spent a 1 1/2 hrs in the gym with is a little to long for me.
I have to tweak it some more. I fill ya in as I get it together. Also I worked out so hard and long,that I can home and ate like a horse…I had a protein powder drink with scoop of whey, banna,pkt of instent oats, skim milk and 2 tbs of bp PLUS 4 cups of white patsa of all things. I hate my self but I learned from it.
