I have been stuggling latley with myself with my diet & training. Truth be told Im starting to ask myself if Im I am being relistic with my goals and how I want to look, after all Im no 20yr old. I do not have all the time in the world to spend in the gym as I would like.So I do not want to sound like the man is is going though a mid life crises but maybe this does have to do with me turning 39 next week. Who knows..I just feel like whats the point, I have wasted so much time doing nothing, cant help but look back at all the time I have wasted in the gym and think where I couldve been now.
I just feel some times that I do not have all the time to be the people I need to be , Husband, Father and just plain me..

Well tonight I went in to the gym and felt strong and focused. I did little BS and just went from set 2 set. I did realize that doing a complete body of this volume is too much me me to do plus I spent a 1 1/2 hrs in the gym with is a little to long for me.
I have to tweak it some more. I fill ya in as I get it together. Also I worked out so hard and long,that I can home and ate like a horse…I had a protein powder drink with scoop of whey, banna,pkt of instent oats, skim milk and 2 tbs of bp PLUS 4 cups of white patsa of all things. I hate my self but I learned from it.

Well last night I did something I NEVER thought I’D see my self doing but am glad I did.
After doing about 30min on the treadmill and burned about 420 cal. I heard the Trainer say that the 30 min Ab class is about to start. I dont know what made me do it but I cut my cardio session short and joined the class. It was hard, I didnt/ couldn’t do all the sets or excersises but stayed the whole class. What a great work out. I actually loved it and plan on doing it agian tomorrow.
They also have a bike class right after, i may try that next.
What ya know, ya never know what ya like till ya try it !

Well today is the 1st day back to the gym with an actual training plan. I am ready to get started and see what the end result will be at the end of the 20 weeks. This time around I plan on staying the course and staying focused on my diet.
