Those that are interested can read my blog http://gallyot.blogspot.com or my forum www.armleg.com/probuffedbodies or pop by the chatroom to mingle with some of the regulars at www.probuffedbodies.chatango.com
See you lot there sometime.God knows we need some real support for our sport of bodybuilding.Till next time…PEACE TO ALL!!!

After stumbling around the dark looking at how to create a bodybuilding & fitness forum for my countrymen,i came across a friends blog that had a free forum provider.
Truly user friendly so i thought to myself..if he could do it so can i.
So , the next logical thing would be to create a forum by a Malaysian for malaysians! This is an area we are kinda lacking in so what better timing to do it than now rite?
Well if anyone would like to be part of this new forum, please visit www.armleg.com/probuffedbodies and sign up.Afterall it would be great to have more people in my forum sharing thoughts about training , nutrition etc with others that are into the same hobby.
Lets make this a fun forum , better yet, let’s learn from each other not just about our wonderful sport but also about the culture etc of others around the world.
See you guys there
….PEACE!

A few years ago,I created a yahoo group just for fun.Little did i know that today it would be quite a known site locally where many local fitness and bodybuilding enthusiast would come to for information.Since then many of the members would actually contribute articles, pictures from events and their experiences from this industry.
I would like to invite anyone out here in bodybuilding.com to participate and maybe interact with the locals…kinda East meets West concept to have a closer bond/understanding of each other, maybe share knowledge etc.
Those keen on visiting my yahoo group can go to http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/BUFFEDBODIES/ and sign up.It’s FREE anyways…so i’d hope to get some good response from you lot eventually.
Cheers to all out there in making fitness and bodybuilding so much more fun to do!

Well here’s a quick update…
I’ve been bogged down with work and nursing an old knee and shoulder injury.Sucks big time nursing these old injuries coz you end up not being able to train as hard as you want.
On the business front…well being your own boss sometimes sucks LOL!You have to worry about staying afloat and all.Been repainting some of the gym equipments and reuholstering the cushions..so the place looks pretty neat and nice ..for now LOL!
Gotta try and start getting back into the groove of heavy duty training again.Got to reach my objective soon.
Well thats pretty much it i guess…a brief update.Boring …ya i know LOOOOL!!!
Peace!

Well it seems like the IFBB in ASIA is losing grounds big time.Due to the huge controversy at the 2006 Asean Games held in Doha,Qatar ,bodybuilding has been dropped from the list of events to take place in the next Asean Games in 2010.
To make matters worse, now even SEA Games (South East Asian Games) to be held in Thailand at the end of 2007 has dropped bodybuilding from it’s list of events.
To top the icing,my so called sponsor who was gonna so call sponsor me to try to turn pro turns out to be a bloody con artiste…so that’s down the drain.Next,my federation,MBBF,was told that if they do not apologise etc to a certain "someone" in ABBF,then MBBF will be banned from any/all IFBB/ABBF shows.
Apologise for what you may be wondering? For engaging Milos as coach for the National Team…who protested on the biased judging in Doha and pointed fingers at that certain "someone" in ABBF.So for all the accusations made by Milos, this someone wants MBBF to formally apologise to him making it known world wide for being so foolish as to hire Milos etc or face a ban.
So how does this all effect me you may ask?Well, for starts,no sponsorship (bloody con artiste!),then my federation is facing a ban….lastly…no more events to compete in except the Mr.Asia which to me is such a waste of time now after hearing about all the fixing taking place.
So,it looks like i wont be doing anymore IFBB sanctioned events. The next best thing to do is…PDI(Pro Division Incorporated).May as well move on right? Hell yeah!!
