Yhea, I do watch the biggest loser for motivation,talk about being put to the test. Your traps and delts look great. How are you legs and back? good luck!

What do you recommend along with the No-Xplode? What are you taking? I gain strength pretty easily but have never been able to build muscle. This is the first time I have ever went as high as 12 reps on my sets.

I would recommend some Cell Mass creatine and a good gainer protein. I take Cytogainer right now. I also take Animal Pak for my vitamins.
