			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Been gone a long time.. and I am still pretty mad about it.. just to tell the story.. I went to the Arnold Classic(which I love to do every year) Long story short.. I was assaulted by a man a didn&#8217;t even know, resulting in a compound fracture to my  right humerus, had surgery 2 days after.. oh yeah..the worst 2 days of my life&#8230;Ughhh!!..and now have a 8 inch rod in my arm.. so I have been without lifting..and just started back in July.. with about a 15 lb max on my right arm. I am slowly getting back, but need to find my motivation, some inspiration and I hope returning to the place I found it before will help.<br />

I am here on bodyspace to seek encouragement&#8230; motivation&#8230; and learn from the best&#8230;.I think everyone should be honest!!! U can never achieve your goals when u lie about where u are!!!!! Sorry &#8230;. it just made me mad!!!<br />

DOUBLE WOW&#8230;. it was too big on me!!! I cried!! Who knew&#8230; I had a body under all that fat&#8230; I cant wait to go shopping for my bathing suit the summer!!!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Oh&#8230;and a extra bonus &#8230; on monday&#8230; I beat my record deadlift!!! YEAH ME!!! </strong>

<p><strong>I rolles over and what did I see the Treadmill&#8230;&#8230;. and thought shewww!!! I dont even want to get out of bed&#8230; but I got up&#8230;got a drink&#8230; and got on that thing&#8230;.for 4 miles I ran&#8230;.My mind racing the whole time!!! What will I do now&#8230; I thought to myself&#8230;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Then&#8230; I thought&#8230; hmmm&#8230; Im going to keep working out&#8230; Im going to better myself&#8230;.and by damn&#8230;saturday morning&#8230;Im going to get the state record for powerlifting!!!! I took a shower&#8230;.fixed my hair&#8230;. put on my size 3 slacks&#8230;thats right I said size 3!!! 4 inch hills and one fantastic Kenneth Cole shirt!!! Looking Fierce!!! Heart ache not gone&#8230;&#8230; But I sure do look good!!!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Wish me luck on saturday!!! Im nervous now&#8230;Ill proabably be the only woman competing and I wont have my partner cheering me on!!!  But &#8230; Imma going to do it for me!!!!</strong>

Its so hard to not cheat when ur at work&#8230; Even though I work in Health Care the hospital cafeteria has a lack of healthy food&#8230;. I am pumped to get to the gym at 4:30&#8230; Its Leg day&#8230;. the hardest day of the week for me&#8230; Ya know&#8230; with the chicken legs!!! OK&#8230;rambling done!!!</strong>
