I need motivation!!!

Ok…. Here ..I go….

I need some motivation… Been working at this body thing for 4 months… My arms …amazing… my legs… looking better…still look like chicken legs…as a guy at the gym so sweetly put it…lol

My ABS…My ABS…. I swear they look the same, even though.. I have went from a size 10 to a size 5… they still look like mommy abs…

i lost my workout partner… Now what to do… I need motivation!!!  and I shouldnt have eaten that Blizzard yesterday….lol

    The best motivation is taking an inventory of what you have accomplished thus far and then review the reasons why you are working to improve your body and health. I also have larger life goals that keep me motivated.

    The blizzard tastes good, but is soooo bad. The support is here and we can all help on contribute. Anyone would be and should be happy going down all those sizes. Dont be so hard on yourself. Sometimes abs are soo hard to get they need to be surgically modified to get the look!!! I worked in the medical field and knew people who lost LOTS of weight and needed that done just so they were happy. I wouldnt be so hard on yourself…sounds like you are on the right path and keep on trucking. My suggestion (if it means anything) would be to pyramid if you want to get more muscle. Hope all goes well. Good luck!!! I will check back and see if you are on target!!

    I really like the comments above…and they’re all right! Abdominal fat can be notoriously stubborn & in my case, it’s the last fat to go. Be patient but consistent & you’ll get where you want to be. Take the advice above & pack on some quality muscle. That’ll give your basal metabolism a lift. Then, it’s just a matter of calories in & calories out. Unfortunately, a Bizzard is one of those "high efficiency" foods the industry loves so much. Best of luck! al

    Just stick with it. Amazing that you dropped to a size 5. So you know the change is there. Just keep going.

    Hey girl. If you want motivation look in the mirror. A size 10 to a 5? That is awesome progress! As far as the workout partner–girl–keep it moving. They didn’t do that work for you, you did that. Give yourself some credit.

    I am also plagued by Mommy Abs. I don’t know if you have the whole flap thing going, but I do. LOL! Are you doing a weighted ab routine? I’ve have been seeing significant improvement in strength and appearance doing that. I decided to try that after watching some of MsFitness’ videos. If you haven’t check out her blog you should–she gives some good advice.
