Meal 1: Elite Protein Oatmeal Granola Flavor
Work out: Back/Abs 20 min light cardio
Post work out supplements: Cell mass. Kre-a-fem.
Meal 2: Mixed salad greens: 2 cups, Tuna 3 oz, 1 tbsp slivered almonds, 2 small tomatoes, 1 tbsp vinagrette salad dressing, 3 egg whites, 2 tbsp shredded cheese (scrambled)
Supplements: 2 Vaporize tabs
Meal 3:Hi Protein Bar Chocolate Brownie Flavor
Snack: Banana, 1 tbsp PB drizzle honey
Meal 4: 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup beans, 1 tbsp wild rice, 1 cup mixed veggies,
Supplements: 2 Vaporize tabs
Meal 5: Goat Whey Protein Shake
Supplements: Cyclin tabs

Meal 1: Louis Rich: Egg white, turkey sausage, cheese, English muffin, small tangerine
Meal 2: Morninstar Farms Griller, Whole wheat bun, 1 cup veggies, 2 chocolate truffles :p

Meal 2: Protein Shake, 1/2 banana with drizzle honey (after workout)
Meal 3: 4-5 oz Chicken breast, yam, broccoli
Meal 4: Mock Foo Young:4 egg whites, bean sprouts, mushrooms, spinach, onions, 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, salad
Meal 5: 4 oz talapia, 1/3 cup rice
